| First Bank of Delaware Continental Finance MasterCard® $crd_pid=3504; ?> |
| Get a second chance if you have less than perfect credit. If you have been turned down for credit recently because of your credit score, Continental Finance is here to help you with the second chance you've been waiting for. | |
| Chase Bank Platinum Visa® echo $br; ?> $crd_pid=2127; ?> |
| The credit card has a reasonable interest rate (lowest rates applied to balances equal to, or greater than $2,500), an attractive 0% introductory rate, and no annual fee. Individuals who have a banking account relationship with Chase will also be able to take advantage of a lower APR; 1% less than those who do not. However, the card does have a high APR for cash advances and there is a minimum cap applied to the APR. Through this program, cardholders earn one point per every dollar spent on general purchases. | |
| Citibank Citi® Driver's Edge® Card for College Students echo $br; ?> echo $logo_cash;?> $crd_pid=2662; ?> |
| This card offers no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate that applies to all transactions for six months (which is a rare benefit). Although it has a reasonable interest rate for a student card, there is a minimum cap of 20.24% for cash advances. So no matter how low the Prime Rate falls (the APR is tied to the Prime Rate), the interest rate will not go below the minimum cap. Through the reward program, cardholders earn a rebate of 1% for purchases. The maximum amount of rebates that can be redeemed is $2,500 per vehicle and any unused rebates expire in 5 years. Rebates can also be used for payment of maintenance. | |
