| Through the rebate program, cardholders earn a cash award that varies according to the amount spent per year. Cardholders are awarded a 0.25% rebate for the first $2,000; 0.5% for amounts over $2,000 and up to $6,000; and 1.5% for purchases over $6,000 up to $50,000. An additional 0.5% rebate is added for any billing period in which the account carries a balance - so only those who spend up to $50,000 a year and carry a balance will be able to take advantage of the 2% cash back rebate. The introductory rate for purchases varies according to the applicants credit history, and will be 15 months, 12 months, or 6 months. |  |

| The Delta SkyMiles Gold Credit Card, issued by American Express, is designed for those who frequently travel using Delta Air Lines. Although the annual fee of $95 is not an attractive feature, it is reduced to $40 for those who already have an American Express Charge Card. The standard APR for purchases is about average for an airline reward card, though not ideal for those who plan to carry a revolving balance. There is also an introductory rate of 9.99% offered for balances transferred during the time of application, which applies for the life of the loan. | The Starwood Preferred Guest╝ Credit Card from American Express is designed for those who frequently stay at Starwood Hotels and Resorts and plan to take advantage of the various benefits and services that are provided. The interest rate for purchases is considered reasonable (for a reward card) and there is an annual fee of $30. There is also a low introductory rate for purchases and balance transfers for the first six months.
