| This card offers no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate that applies to all transactions for six months (which is a rare benefit). Although it has a reasonable interest rate for a student card, there is a minimum cap of 20.24% for cash advances. So no matter how low the Prime Rate falls (the APR is tied to the Prime Rate), the interest rate will not go below the minimum cap. Through the reward program, cardholders earn a rebate of 1% for purchases. The maximum amount of rebates that can be redeemed is $2,500 per vehicle and any unused rebates expire in 5 years. Rebates can also be used for payment of maintenance. | |
| American Express JetBlue Card from American Express echo $br; ?> echo $logo_cl; ?>=$logo_fly;?> echo $logo_reward;?> $crd_pid=2982; ?> |
| Through the reward program, cardholders earn one Award Dollar for each dollar spent on the card. Two Award Dollars are earned for each dollar spent on JetBlue flights, restaurants, movie theaters, gym memberships, event tickets, and golf green fees. It is important to understand that 200 Award Dollars are equal to one TrueBlue® point, and 100 TrueBlue® points are equal to one round trip flight. Cardholders receive 5,000 bonus Award Dollars after the first purchase, which equals 25 TrueBlue® points toward a free round trip ticket. | |
