The standard APR for purchases is about average for an airline reward card, though not ideal for those who plan to carry a revolving balance. There is also an introductory rate of 9.99% offered for balances transferred during the time of application, which applies for the life of the loan. | This card has a very low interest rate for purchases and balance transfers in relation to other reward cards. In addition, the card offers no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate that can be applied toward balance transfers for one year. Nevertheless, it is important to note that there is a minimum cap of 20.24% for cash advances; so no matter how low the Prime Rate falls, the interest rate will not go below the minimum cap.
