Cardholders earn one point for every dollar spent on general purchases that can be redeemed for a variety of benefits including cash awards, merchandise, gift certificates, and travel awards. Cardholders are awarded 1,000 points with their first purchase. Although there is no expiration or yearly limit to the number of points that can be earned, there is an annual reward program fee of $59. | |
| Chase Bank Platinum MasterCard® $crd_pid=3490; ?> |
| The credit card has a reasonable interest rate (lowest rates applied to balances equal to, or greater than $2,500), an attractive 0% introductory rate, and no annual fee. Individuals who have a banking account relationship with Chase will also be able to take advantage of a lower APR; 1% less than those who do not. However, the card does have a high APR for cash advances and there is a minimum cap applied to the APR.
